To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition like you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be considered as return and the money/amount will not be refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Only products sold through our website will be returned or refunded accordingly. If you purchase our product from any of the retail outlets and if you want to return it, you have to contact the reseller and we will not accept the return and any refund will be processed for that.
If you have applied for a refund, our courier partner will collect the product only from the place it had been delivered.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
